For more than 10 years I have shopped at one or more of these good grocery stores until a serious accident on wet tile caused a serious fall where I live, leaving necessity for 24 hour care for 9 months and for a cane. Now I am able to shop again using an electric cart or walking behind while holding onto a grocery cart bar. This requires the assistance of a paid caretaker or Facilitator with the $100+ purchase.
However, every week melons and much other in produce and the rest of the store are blocked by large boxes in aisles. Today was more difficult than usual as stock boys at LasAmercas store were working in front of what I needed even more so and also would not move boxes, etc,, taking much more time in disabled advanced age of others as well.
Years ago the restocking was done at night at our supermarket so that stock boys and stock blockage did not interfere with shopping of very busy customers with little time. (If you don’t respect customers’ time you don’t respect them.) Has a night shift for restocking shelves been tried here?
