So far 2025 has been a very busy year for Trinity Church. God has been working in the lives of the people in Cuenca in a profound way.
This is a snapshot of how God is moving within our church community:
English language class: We offer English language classes for free so that those that need employment can find better opportunities to provide for their families. This past week we graduated 17 students.
Canastas de amor: Each week we provide food for the hungry in our church and in our community. Each week we provide enough food for 525 meals.
Feeding and praying for the families of those in public hospitals: On the first Wednesday of the month, we send teams to the public hospitals to feed and pray for those waiting in line to see family members receiving medical care. We have seen miracles happen and many have come to Christ because of this outreach.
Coming in the next couple of months:
Celebration Sunday: 4 times a year we celebrate what God is doing in our church with baptisms, child dedications, and lots of praise and worship. In March we dedicated 27 children and baptized 23. We have another celebration Sunday coming on June 29.
Marriage renewal ceremony: This month (June) we will have a marriage renewal ceremony for those in our church that want to renew their commitment to each other. It also gives those the chance to have a Church ceremony that could not afford one after their civil ceremony.
Summer Camp: This July we will be hosting a summer camp for the children in our church and our community. We will have English classes, Bible study, dance classes, and lots of fun!
