Mother’s Day is right around the corner. If you want to celebrate at home but don’t feel like cooking, we’ve got the answer. Is Mother’s Day not a big deal for you? There’s always a reason to celebrate with great food. Orders will be available for delivery or pick-up on Friday or Saturday, May 9 or 10.
A savory-sweet breakfast casserole combines waffles, crumbled pork sausage, and cheese baked in a rich egg custard. If you prefer your breakfast on the spicier side, our breakfast enchiladas will hit the spot. Linda Chase’s poblanos are diced up and sautéed with onions, sweet corn, black beans and seasoned ground chicken. The mixture is brought together with our home-made Ro-Tel, rolled with a bit of cheese inside flour tortillas and baked in a zesty egg mixture. For the sweet, choose from two flavors of muffins. Mix and match a minimum order of six.
Sausage and Waffle Casserole: $25 (6-8 servings); $19 (4-5 servings)
Zesty Chicken and Poblano Breakfast Enchiladas: $25 (6-8 servings); $19 (4-5 servings)
Blueberry Streusel or Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins: 6 for $13

Pick-up or $2 (estimated) delivery is available Friday or Saturday, May 9 or 10 between 10 AM and 2 PM. Once all of the orders are received, we’ll be able to confirm a more specific time frame. Delivery is free for orders of at least $25.
