The roasted red pepper sauce
This has a sweet and mysterious roasty flavor that I love. The seasonings are nicely compatible with the main flavor. I love garlic! Can you put some roasted garlic in there? That’s the only thing I would recommend for my personal taste. The sauce has a nice “meaty” texture too, and I look forward to using it in many Italian dishes as well as spiralized veggies (like zucchini noodles). Rest assured, it’s not too salty (could be more so for me!)
The Oso Bucco Pasta Sauce
This sauce has a deep, rich palette of flavors, from some nice “bass note” umami-type oso-bucco flavor, as well as beautiful mid-tones and a sweet high end. Very full, very rich. I love that these sauces are made from organic tomatoes. I pay attention to my health and I hear that tomatoes are one of the most sprayed vegetables here in Ecuador (triple the pesticides in the US). Again, a nice texture and smooth complex flavors. I have used it on angel hair pasta, and look forward to trying it with other pastas. I highly recommend both sauces!
