Yesterday, our post highlighted the interesting non-food products awaiting you on Saturday. Now for the delicious foods and food items at tomorrow’s fair. Some of these vendors participate in only the first Saturday so come and get your favorites while they’re all in one place.
• Cheeses and Yogurt ~ Goat and cow milk aged cheeses as well as Greek and flavored yogurts.
• Healthful products ~ organic berries, raw nuts, gluten free baked goods
• Smoked meats ~ bacon, pulled meats, link and bulk sausages, burger patties
• Ready-to-eat foods ~ Argentine empanadas, Chinese pot stickers and steamed buns, Ecuadorian favorites, Persian specialties, charcuterie plates
• Breads ~ bagels, pita, sourdough items, pretzels, croissants
• Chocolates, Coffee, Liqueurs ~ fine artisanal chocolates, Ecuadorian coffee from Loja (medium and dark, whole bean and ground), naturally flavored small batch liqueurs
• Baked Treats and Sweets ~ profiteroles and eclairs, biscotti, fudge, trifles, quiche, scones
• Jarred and Canned Goods ~ fruit preserves/jellies, lemon curd, heat-and-eat meals, jalapeños (regular and candied), pepperoncini, other vegetables
• Sauces and Condiments ~ honey, BBQ and cheese sauces, tomatillo salsa, hot sauces, ginger products: crystallized, concentrates, syrups
