Brisket returns, but quantity is limited. We had 30 pounds raw, but after trimming and cooking shrink, that is only about 15 pounds cooked. Come Friday early to ensure availability.

Big A Combo – 4 ribs, 1/3 lb brisket, 1 roasted chicken thigh with balsamic orange glaze, 2 sides, and choice of a millionaire bar or 2 cookies.
Tres Combo – 3 ribs, 1/4 lb brisket, 1 roasted chicken thigh with balsamic orange glaze, 2 sides, and choice of a millionaire bar or 2 cookies.
Deuce Combo – 2 ribs, 2 roasted chicken thighs with balsamic orange glaze, 1 side, 2 slices sourdough bread, and 2 cookies.
Tennessee Sweetheart Combo – One slice Tennessee Sweetheart, one side dish, and a piece of our famous cornbread.

And who knew that chicken noodle soup would be so popular? We made our first pot, thinking it would last two days. We made a pot each day, and sold all but one serving. Returns this week.
We have opted to not sell food at the soccer game on Saturday. And we expect to be sold out of brisket. So we are going to play a little on Saturday. Ask about any off the menu items we may have. We have some flank steak, and some round steak, some extra chicken thighs. and some ideas. Very limited quantities.
