Last night I went to Beer O’clock. It’s a block from the El Vergel Supermaxi and on the block with Ashley Home – or on the back side of it. They just opened and the couple running it is so friendly and I would love to see them succeed. So, I’m writing this post to send a shout out about this place.
If you’re a beer lover then you’ll appreciate this place! They sell Duvel and Delerium Tremens – two of my favorites beers that are not that easy to find here – among many other European imports. It’s a very simple place but they played good music and gave us some complimentary peanuts while we enjoyed our purchases. You can just buy your beers and walk out if you prefer, of course.
It’s a fun place to try new beers from Germany, Belgium and Ecuador of course, among others.
Anyway, nice people and great beer selection that’s hard to come by here. Go check ‘em out and support this newly opened business! And, cheers!
