If you look carefully when you get your visa, at the bottom of the page there is an informative text under the title “Important information”: “You can leave and reenter the country for unlimited times while your visa is valid”.
As we can see, there is no limit to leave the country. The confusion is if you applied for a temporary visa with the purpose of later applying for a permanent visa. In that case, in order to comply with the permanent visa requirement of not having left the country for more than 90 days, you must be careful not to leave the country for more than 90 days.
