You may be familiar with Tecno Guru for servicing computers, printers and cell phones, but did you know they also install state of the art security systems? One of the issues about living in an older single-family house is that when the doorbell rings, you have no idea if it is someone asking to cut your grass, selling garbage bags, people asking for money, or worst-case unsavory people who may want to do you harm.
Luis and Sebastian from Tecno Guru recently came to our home and installed a new security system to replace the outdated one. They did an initial assessment of the house that has many doors, windows as well as two skylights. After determining the vulnerable areas, they installed an alarm system with motion detectors throughout the house, including on the skylights. The also installed a video doorbell with a keypad for a keyless entry system. Everything has a battery backup, and is wireless so should we ever move, we can take the system with us. We received ample training on how to arm/disarm the system as well as to monitor the camera on the doorbell. We had one tiny glitch and they immediately came out to resolve the issue. Also included in the price is a six month follow up visit where they conduct a diagnostic check.
So, while Tecno Guru can certainly help you with your computer needs, please consider them should you find the need for a security system. Both Luis and Sebastian speak English, and they are professional, courteous and on time. I am so pleased with the service they provided as well as the system them installed. I highly recommend them.
