A rice casserole with juicy chicken and tender crisp broccoli comes together in a creamy, cheesy sauce. The salad offers a fresh, zingy flavor that contrasts perfectly with the casserole. Finally, our soft and chewy peanut butter cookies finish off this Americana menu.
