I would like to recommend Alex Mejia to anyone who is having issues with internet, WIFI, TV connections or computer. I had too many questions about why my computer, my internet and my VPN were not working and no one to answer them.
The young man from an internet provider had Alex translate for us. Getting new internet would not be the way to fix our problem. However, Alex offered his services to run diagnostics and find a fix for us. All he needed to do was add 2 additional routers and it boosted the signal to all rooms in our apartment.
Alex is amazing. He speaks excellent English and his technical explanations were easy to understand and he is very patient. If you are having trouble with any kind of IT devices or services Alex Mejia is the guy to call. He has been on GringoPost’s Best of Cuenca list and I have to say he earned it.
