The recent response to our steaks by reservation program has been overwhelming. We thought we had a two-month supply of steaks, and they went in two weeks.

We also appreciate the positive response to our whole chicken by reservation inquiry. It is really good to know that we have so many fans of our food out there.
Unlike many of our competitors that buy their chicken at the mercados to save a buck, we buy our chicken exclusively from a restaurant supplier so that we know they are processing the birds according to Department of Health standards. That said, we need at least a full day notice to acquire and cook your full (or half) bird. Hope you understand.
Nothing else has changed at Pajaro y Bestia. We still offer quality BBQ throughout the day until we run out of food. The reservation program is just our latest expansion project.
