You just can’t get enough of our TexMex so we’re making it again. This time it’s a layered vegetarian enchilada casserole with corn tortillas, seasoned rice, beans, corn, and roasted vegetables all bathed in our homemade enchilada sauce.
The “side” item is a little different than our usual soup or salad. Instead, we’re bringing you a layered dip of our refried beans, zesty sour cream, homemade guacamole, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, tomatoes, and chopped jalapeños. For the sweet, enjoy a square – or a pan! – of chocolate churros cheesecake: our creamy, delicious chocolate cheesecake baked between two layers of flaky pastry and finished with a dusting of cinnamon sugar.
As a reminder, all of our food is fully cooked then chilled for you to reheat (except the dip) and enjoy right away or to freeze (except the dip) for a later date.

Pick-up or $2 (estimated) delivery is available Thursday or Friday, January 25 or 26 between 10 AM and 2 PM. Once all of the orders are received, we’ll be able to confirm a more specific time frame. Delivery is free for orders of at least $25.
