Aside from being a super nice man, Hugo is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a very safe driver. He has taken us to the Cajas, to Giron and Laguna de Busa, and to Challuabamba numerous times to visit with my mother at Rioquinto.
Always on time (or early), well dressed, and very polite. You couldn’t ask for a better/safer driver and guide. He charges a very reasonable fee by the hour and has a relatively new and very comfortable vehicle.
