This survey is to determine if a service allowing vulnerable adults to stay at home, thus avoiding assisted living and nursing care centers is a feasible service. Many expats arrive here with health conditions and family situations that make thriving very difficult.
Cuenca has many high-quality services, but many are patchwork efforts and because of cultural and language differences not readily accessible to the people who need them.
We are attempting to determine if there would be interest for full native English speaking and western style coordinated home and health services to make staying at home safe and comfortable.
