Our first birthday is this Friday, July 7. And we are going to do something special. Rollback the prices to our opening day (or less).
On Friday, and Friday only, we are cutting the price on everything we serve by one-third (1/3). On everything! Food, beverages, beer, and wine.
Pork spareribs, regular $12/lb., on Friday $8/lb.
High on the Hog Sandwich (pulled pork), regular $6, on Friday $4
Fried onion burger, regular $3, only $2.
Side dishes, regular $1.75 per 1/2 cup serving, $1.17
Bulk side dish to go, regular $5/lb, out the door on Friday at $3.33/lb. + $0.25 container fee.
We expect a huge demand when you can buy the best BBQ in Cuenca for prices this cheap. So, for walk-in customers, we are going to limit you to the purchase of 1 pound of ribs per person. But if you would like more, then we will let you order up to 5 pounds per person if you order in advance.
This week, to reserve your food, WhatsApp your order before 6 PM on Wednesday. No food reservations accepted after Wednesday. We will cook your ribs on Thursday, chill them, and vacuum pack in a convenient bag that you can just drop in water to reheat.
Let’s face it, if you are ordering more than one pound per person, you are taking them home anyway.
