Gran Roca announces an Easter to Remember Farm-to-Table Dinner with Music on Easter Sunday, March 9th.
The event will include an amazing variety of dishes starting with our one-of-a-kind pastured Smoked Turkey and pastured Smoked Lamb.
The rest of the menu, listed below, will be vegetarian and harvested fresh from our gardens here on the farm.
• Our own special fresh Herbed Stuffing/Dressing recipe (customer favorite)
• Smooth and Creamy Herbed Mashed Potatoes with Gravy
• Herbed Fluffy Sweet Potato Cake (customer favorite)
• Corn Pudding Casserole (customer favorite)
• Stuffed Bell Peppers (new!)
• Glazed Sliced Carrots
• Cranberry Compote
• Dessert (Working on it)
To our vegetarian friends…you will hardly miss the Turkey or Lamb.
As for the music, Rob will be singing songs from Bernstein’s Mass (He sang in the west coast premiere in the 1970s.) and some other beautiful songs.
