About: Paul Flores, chef from Café Libre, joins us for this exclusive workshop. Paul will teach different techniques that will help you enhance the visual aspect of your dishes. La Guarida’s team and Paúl will cook different plates to illustrate the relationships between composition, balance, shape and texture on the plate. We’ll talk about getting the right portion size, different ways to highlight key ingredients, garnishes, sauces, plate selection and more.
This workshop is designed for any food enthusiast, for those who would love to impress in their gatherings or simply has visualized different ways to serve food.
