I am writing to let everyone know of the excellent service that Mady Insurance has given me. I have known Mady from 2017 when she worked for a company no longer around. She helped me get into a hospital back then … and it wasn’t an easy task.
She opened up her own business soon after. I then decided to go back to IESS until June of 2023. I thought it might be the right time for private medical insurance. I do trust Mady with my life because of our previous interactions.
Private medical insurance in Ecuador is a bit complicated (that’s really an understatement!) Mady and her assistant Viviana have gone beyond what anyone should to make sure I receive my reimbursements. But the best part is they answer quickly, they communicate well… they get the job done. I like calling them my friends… but they are professionals in their actions. I highly recommend this company.
