One of our last and most rewarding jobs in the States was as house flippers. We always endeavored to give buyers solid value and appreciation in an expensive housing market. Often times people would pass on well-priced properties because of the paint colors. Paint had become the great affordable equalizer. A well painted property was easy to sell and wonderful to live in.
