Join us for the great practice of Qigong – a gentle practice to maintain strength and health in your Body, Mind and Spirit.

The movements in Qigong are all very easy, it is suitable for all ages and levels. However, what can be a good challenge is the meditative aspect. Train your mind to stay quiet and focused, while strengthening your physical body.
