No large appliances, electronics or furniture except for a couple of pieces. Most items negotiable.

Queen-size bed with sleep comfort mattress with dual chamber for his and her firmness or softness controls. Mattress is in fairly good shape but used. Newer pump and bladders so will consider selling for parts if you have a Sleep Comfort system already. Will sell frame and bedside table without mattress.
Large entertainment center. Versatile and lighted with glass shelving. Can be separated and used as a credenza or stand-alone shelves.
