The ideal way to consume it is to separate the three intertwined cheeses and detach them in thin cheese threads, then, melt them. It’s ideal to combine with fruits, dry fruits, salads, pizzas, and lasagnas, limiting only to your imagination.
All of our products can be found in Debby’s Place (At the very end of Sunrise Cafe), at the Puertas del Sol Feria every Saturday from 8 AM to noon. And, for your comfort, we make home delivery from Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM without an extra cost in Cuenca.
