Well, I got the goudas that you loved. One has 6 to 9 months of aging and you said it would be a great replacement for a sharp cheddar. The other one has over 1 year of aging and has a tangier flavor. Both amazing cheeses. Thank you for tasting and giving me your feedback.
I’ve also added crab meat and a Spanish, cured meats mix in 100 g packages. It contains serrano ham, chorizo and salchichón.
