Mustafa has been my computer tech since I came to Cuenca. He has worked with my laptop, cell phones, and set up a fire stick for me on my TV. I needed a larger screen to see what I’m typing. He researched where I could get it. Today we went and bought a larger screen for my laptop (Microsoft Surface). In addition to the screen we got other items needed for the whole system to work, things I would never have known would be helpful. We came back to my home. He got it all set up and working. And he fixed my phone too. Something the tech store said was a virus, was just a very simple problem – somehow the darkness setting got turned all of the way off. If the store had worked on it everything on my phone would have had been stripped… no bueno.
Mustafa got it all my devices going well in 2 hours including travel time to and from the store. I trust him to be in my home even if I’m not here. He’s honest, speaks great English and studies so that he is up to date on the technology we all struggle with.
