Bought a car and went to Capulispamba to change the ownership to my name and was told that I must have the car re-inspected since the previous inspection was done at Biblian and that’s no longer acceptable.
I had no problem going on line to schedule an appointment for the required inspection; however, I now find that I cannot attend the scheduled appointment and need to cancel/reschedule it. Problem is, there’s no way to do that on line– at least none that I have been able to find.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and, if so, how did you resolve it?
