I guess I gave it all away in the title with this one. We really just want to say thank you.
EAT really struggled after the strike this Fall. Business dropped precipitously and we were quite concerned for the health of our little restaurant. I actually posted about it in a somewhat desperate way and not only did many of you read it, but many also responded with support. Well the good news is that business is on the rise again and we seem to hit our stride. We are seeing so many of your smiling faces these days and hopefully even contributing to those smiles in our own, small and delicious way. We have a new lease on life and we have you to thank for it. So, thank you.
We’ll be introducing a new menu next week, mostly the same but with a few new items, including an Asian crunch salad and a roasted beet and arugula salad with candied walnuts and local feta. We’re also bringing back the Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwich! Look for our takeout menus in this month’s Cuenca Expats magazine with a coupon for a free dessert.
So a big thank you to you all and we hope to share a table with you very soon at EAT!
