I’m serving my usual Southeast Asian dishes this week along with some exceptional New York strips and fillet mignon. Each dish comes with:
–Appetizer of chicken or shrimp egg rolls (Fried in my olive oil infused with leeks)
–Salad with my Asian dressing
–Premium Asian sticky rice
–Glass of white or red wine
–Chocolate Cake with my chocolate and sesame sauce
Each steak comes with three signature sauces for dipping:
–Ginger green onion
–Honey oyster
–Black pepper lime
