Abdominal Breathing,
Reverse Abdominal Breathing,
Bellows Breath,
Wave Breathing,
Kidney Breathing,
Sipping Breath,
Qi Belt Breathing,
and others.
You will also learn how to combine these breathing techniques into a relaxing and stimulating flow pattern for renewed health and a strengthened immune system.
You will receive instruction from a Qi Gong Master with over 60 years of practice and teaching experience. Included will be printed material with basic information on various breathing techniques, their benefits, and their uses.
