Stop in at Sunrise Cafe this Friday to pick up some dairy products…everything you could imagine made from our friendly cows here at Hacienda Chan Chan. Each of our cows has a name and a purpose, to bring everyone the tastiest and most enjoyable milk products available. We produce all of our cheeses, yogurt, cottage cheese, milk, cream and butter here on the farm without any outside sources. Our cows are a mix of Montebeliard, a French breed, known for its excellent tasting milk and high protein….an excellent milk for making cheese and simply drinking.
This week try our Swiss, Cheddar, and Parmesan. Also pick up some Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, fresh milk, cream and even chocolate milk. Kelbert will also be there with his bread, an excellent combo with cheese.
Stock up as we will not be offering our products again until the 13th of August. Hope to see you there.
