We are Café Ñucallacta, Cuenca’s very own artisan coffee roaster, we use some of the best coffee in Ecuador. We roast in small batches and grind and brew only when we receive an order. These processes are important to ensure that you receive our coffee at its optimum in aroma and flavor. You can also purchase our coffee to prepare at home, our dark roast is $5.50/400gram bag and our light, medium and espresso roasts are $6/400gram bag.
