This would be a long tale if I told it all… suffice it to say that we had some grout that needed to be placed, showers that needed to be installed, and tiles that had slipped on the roof so the sun (and rain) could shine through. That was the worst – climbing through under an open roof to get to the aperture. Franklin did it all cheerfully and with good humor. He came out from the “attic” area absolutely covered with the dust of many years. He worked hard, repaired what needed to be repaired and charged a just price for his labor. He is a great worker and reliable to boot. Franklin works with his brother, Emilio Morocho – Emilio of all trades.
