We also have traditional pastries and fresh new vegan/gluten free options that we are constantly trying out. And of course, it wouldn´t be a café in Ecuador without homemade breakfast and fast food items. All prepared by any of our three University of Cuenca (Gastronomy) trained cooks.
We still have some fun store products, mainly from Trader Joes, available at our café. We are Cuenca´s very own artisan coffee roaster. We use some of the best coffee in Ecuador and roast in small batches so that you receive at its optimum in flavor and aroma. Coffee prices are $5.50 to $6 per 400gram bag depending on roast level.
