If you are sick and cannot leave home, Confiamed gives you the possibility to access a medical appointment at home or telemedicine. If you suffer an accident and you are not in the province where you contracted your insurance, do not worry Confiamed has the widest network in Ecuador, and you can request your attention in any of the clinics that have agreements with Confiamed nationwide. If you do not have any in that place there is no problem either, you can pay for your care, collect all the documents requested by the company and deliver them to your trusted broker. He will take care of the next step. Now, once you know some of your affiliate benefits, I will tell you how you can access these benefits. If you have a broker he will help you in this whole process and will make your life easier. The systems that I talk about below are in Spanish. That is why I said that a broker will make it easier. Once you enter this portal you can check the status of your reimbursements, review the network nationwide, check your settlements, monthly payments and others.
Besides that you can make your medical appointments via telephone at 02 397 7827 or WhatsApp 099 600 7733. If you have not managed to do so contact your insurance agent who will schedule the appointment for you. This will allow you to access a medical appointment for a minimum co-payment value of $10.
