Simple Sausage Stuffed ‘shrooms
Brown ½ pound of King Smokehouse sausage (Regular, Spicy, or Chicken) and drain excess fat. Put 8 ounces cream cheese into a bowl, add the sausage and 1 Tablespoon ground sage (or any savory spice you prefer). Get you hands in and mix it up. Remove stems from Baby Bella Mushrooms and stuff each mushroom with the cheese mixture – heaping it up in the middle. Place in a greased pan and bake at 350/180 for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. (I use a mini muffin pan and grease with butter, gives a great taste to the mushrooms). Sprinkle with some fresh parsley and serve. Disfrute.
