Certified translations and visa support in Ecuador

We provide professional, bilingual assistance for foreign residents living in Ecuador or anyone planning to make Ecuador their new home. Our mission is to make your relocation and paperwork process smooth and stress-free by guiding you step-by-step through Ecuador’s visa, translation, and official document procedures with confidence and peace of mind.

Our services include:
-Certified Translations of official documents, fully accepted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Ecuadorian visa authorities). All translations are prepared and certified by officially registered translators recognized by the Judiciary Council of Ecuador, ensuring your documents meet all requirements for immigration, notarial, and consular purposes.

-Visa Support for all types of Ecuadorian visas: new applications, renewals, and personalized guidance if you prefer to manage the process yourself.
You can apply online or in person at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and we’ll guide you through whichever option fits you best.

-Cédula (Ecuadorian ID) and citizenship assistance.

-Document preparation and notary coordination for powers of attorney, sworn statements, etc.

-FBI and State Police background checks — filling out all forms, coordinating fingerprints, and preparing everything exactly as required for Ecuadorian visa applications.

-IESS Retirement Process Assistance- We provide full guidance with the Ecuadorian Social Security (IESS) retirement process, including registration, form completion, benefit requests, and coordination with IESS offices to make sure your application is processed correctly and efficiently.

Beyond visas and translations, we can also help you with everyday practical matters to make your life easier in Ecuador, from paying basic utility bills and setting up local accounts, to downloading and using essential apps like taxi and delivery services.
Our goal is to help you feel settled, confident, and at home in your new country.
We are committed to offering fair, affordable prices without compromising quality or professionalism.

I am posting for my friend Sayira who has her lost dog in the Isabela Católic area. Her little dog escaped when a gate was opened. Below is a picture of her dog with phone numbers to reach her.

Dogs in need

duke at the vet

Paws with Hope is a small rescue organization founded in Cuenca, Ecuador. They are currently caring for 12 dogs and one cat. They are self-funded and rely on donations from their supporters. The rescue is struggling and could use your support. They recently rescued Duke from a commercial property where he endured severe abuse and neglect. He was emaciated and suffering from multiple health issues. Duke has a mass on his hind leg causing him discomfort, swollen lymph nodes, and a concerning growth under one of his ears.

Thanks to the generosity of kind sponsors, Duke has already received an X-ray and medication, but he still needs further care. He urgently requires a biopsy to assess the mass on his leg and the growth on his ear.

Times have been tough, and Paws with Hope is struggling to cover the necessary vet bills and care for all of the animals.

Any contribution, big or small, will make a difference!

PayPal: Pawswithhopecuenca@yahoo.com
Thank you for your kindness and generosity from Duke and all of his friends: Max, Scott, Bailey, Osa, Nila, Scooter, Peanut, Jiro, Lobo, Roo, Pepe, and Pilgrim.
