It is through practice that we can reconnect with our bodies—a connection we so often lose in everyday life.
In Pilates, there are two essential elements: becoming aware and giving yourself time.
Becoming aware of how you are and how you do what you do. How do you breathe? What moves and what remains still? When you lift your arms, do your shoulders rise more than necessary? When you make an effort, are you using your core, or are you creating tension somewhere else in your body?
Can you do less and feel more?
The journey toward ourselves is endless. There are so many possibilities to perceive, discover, and feel ourselves as we move.
And then there is the second element: giving yourself time.
Time to practice, to feel, and to discover. But also time to let go of expecting immediate results.
Because what matters is not only the outcome, but the time you spend with yourself: being there for yourself, treating yourself with respect, listening to yourself, and becoming your own best friend.
It is a time of complete acceptance of who you are, how you do what you do, and what is present within you.
You don’t have to move in a certain way to deserve your own attention. You can begin exactly where you are and allow yourself to discover what is possible for you today.
• And
• Paradoxically
• The more you accept yourself
• The more possibilities become available
More possibilities to feel, to learn, to move, and to transform what you no longer need. Currently, the 75-minute assessment is 50% off — just $20.
