GringoPost Posting Guidelines

Posting Deadline

• Submissions are accepted Sunday through Friday, with a daily deadline of 4 PM for the next morning’s email newsletter.
• The newsletter is sent at 5 AM daily (except Sundays).

Website Links & Email Addresses

• No links in free posts: If your ad is a free post, do not include website links in the title or description.
• Links allowed with Boost: If you selected any Boost option, you may include one website link in your ad (title still should not contain links).
• Why we limit links: Links outside GringoPost can be risky to readers. We manually review included links to help keep the community safe, and boosted posts are prioritized for that review.
• Email addresses should only appear in the signature line and must not be used for unsolicited messages.
• To keep our review process efficient and consistent, GringoPost does not include external video links in advertisements. Advertisers are welcome to share their message through text and images that meet our content guidelines.

Photo Guidelines

• Maximum: 10 images per post
• File Size: 1000 KB max per image
• Accepted Formats: PNG, JPG, GIF, JPEG, TIF

Prohibited Items & Content

The following items and content are not allowed on GringoPost:

• Adult Content – No pornography, escort services, or dating services.
• Counterfeit Items – No fake or unauthorized replicas.
• Drugs & Paraphernalia – No illegal substances or drug-related accessories.
• E-Tickets, Domain Names, Online Accounts – Digital goods are not allowed.
• Firearms & Ammunition – No guns, air guns, silencers, or replica weapons.
• Tobacco Products – No cigarettes, cigars, or loose tobacco.

Commenting Policy

• No Offensive Language: Inappropriate or spam content will be removed.
• Flagging Inappropriate Comments: Use the flag button or email info@gringopost.com to report issues.

Reposting & Renewal Guidelines

• Duplicate or Similar Posts: Submitting the same or substantially similar content repeatedly (daily or every other day) is not allowed. Minor changes to wording, titles, or descriptions do not make a post new. Substantially similar posts are limited to two submissions per week.
• Different Posts: Genuinely different and unrelated posts may be allowed more frequently at our discretion.
• Use Renew Instead: To keep your post visible, use the Action button “•••” at the top-right of your post and select Renew.
• Free Renew (every 7 days): The free renew option becomes available once your post is 7 days old and can be used to repeat the post at no cost every 7 days.
• Paid Repeat (anytime): If you want to repeat your post sooner, the paid repeat/boost option is available at any time for a small fee. Pricing is shown in the boost/repeat options.

How to Remove an Ad

You have four easy ways to remove your ad from GringoPost:

1. Visit your dashboard and click My Posts. Use the Delete action button found on the right of every post you submitted.
2. Find your ad on GringoPost.com. Click the action button “•••” found at the top right corner of your post window. Your ad will automatically be deleted/updated when your Email address is verified.
3. Via Email Confirmation: When your ad was submitted, you were sent an email confirmation. Please find the confirmation in your old mail, open it, and follow the instructions to remove that ad.
4. By Contacting Us: Email info@gringopost.com with the ad link or full text, and briefly explain the reason (sold, rented, incorrect information, etc.). Please always send the request from the email address originally used to submit the ad.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Service: Once you purchase a service on GringoPost, it is non-refundable.
