Mauricio’s fabulous Seco de Chivo is on the list of specials for this Saturday’s fair. If you’ve not tasted his fall-off-the-bone tender, succulent, uniquely savory goat stew, here’s your chance! Of course, he will be cooking up the other specials you just won’t do without. The full menu will also be available for service inside the restaurant.
