I’m a little overdue in writing this review but I wanted to express my gratitude with the high level of service and support given to us by Sabrina Candela during a recent house purchase.
From the start, I knew we had chosen well. She was very professional and absolutely on top of every detail so that we had the smoothest and easiest experience imaginable. We were 100% confident that not only did she know everything we needed her to know to help us through the process, but she also is constantly paying close attention to changes in local laws regarding real estate among other legal subjects.
Sabrina worked tirelessly and got us the deal we wanted and the buyers were happy too. I must add that we worked with Veronica Arpi as our real estate agent who found us the perfect house two days after I contacted her for the first time. An expat agent I contacted at the same time never showed me a single listing. Veronica knew what I wanted and found it for us right away and gave us good advice about making an offer.
Working with Veronica and Sabrina made the experience of buying our first house in Ecuador a breeze and I would hire them both again.
