Come and join us this weekend on another awesome horseback ride in the Andes.
Sunday, 15th December.
We are off on another ride up in the mountains, and the Malo family are graciously going to take us on a two-hour ride through the fabulous hills where there’s no lack of beautiful flora and fauna at this time of the year.
You will be picked up at either Parque de la Madre, SuperMaxi Las Americas or anywhere along the route to Tarqui (where the ranch is) at 8:15 AM and returned around 2 PM.
After a two hour ride on their fabulous horses, there will be time for a leisurely lunch and relaxing on the fabulous deck of this authentic ranch home filled with memorabilia the Malo equestrian family have collected over the years.
You will also see a huge collection of bridles and saddles from around the world in the tack room and the equipment that’s used in the game of polo, which is very popular here.
Just let us know your level of riding so Pata can saddle up the appropriate horse for you and take suitable warm clothing, it can get cold up there.
The family also have their own store on the way where you can buy their delicious cheeses and yoghurts, Rancho Patococha is also a working dairy farm….
So join us if you can.
Cost: $50 Includes pickup and drop off, a two hour horse ride, refreshments, peaceful deck relaxation and a tour of the property.
