I contacted Emilio, your full service home concierge, via WhatsApp around 5 PM on Wednesday. By 8:30 AM Thursday, he called to ask if he could stop by.
He thoroughly checked the Caledon (water heater) and discovered that the major issue was a significant drop in water pressure caused by heavy construction in our area. The pressure is now about half of what it used to be, barely enough to ignite the water heater.
Emilio also inspected the shower head and removed many particles blocking the flow. While here, he looked at the oven and gave advice on how to handle it. He also evaluated the shower for a possible remodel.
I had only asked him, a certified plumber, to check the calefon due to repeated reignition issues, but he reviewed multiple other things as well.
