I don’t use strong seasonings that could affect our health, and I always try to cater to everyone’s preferences. You can choose to have the humitas steamed or fried, and the corn tortillas fried. It’s ideal for sharing with family and friends, or even when you’re alone. You can enjoy it with your favorite beverage or serve it however you like.
