What I enjoyed most was the personalized attention. Instead of feeling like I had to search through everything on my own, the owner took the time to help me find styles and sizes that suited me. She speaks fluent English, which made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. For anyone who is still learning Spanish, this is a great option!
I also loved that you can book an appointment with the owner if you would like more personalized assistance while shopping. This is particularly helpful if you’re looking for a swimsuit that fits well or simply want some advice on what styles work best for you.
The store has a great selection of women’s swimwear, underwear, and pajamas, with plenty of styles to choose from. I found the atmosphere friendly and welcoming, and the experience felt much more personal than shopping at a large chain store.
Kaffarena has two locations in Cuenca, one near Paucarbamba and another downtown on Presidente Córdova.
