Recommendation for Luis, our previous landlord and his property. I rented this space from him for almost 4 years till I needed more space and moved into a house. Luis is the best landlord in Cuenca. He is extremely responsive anytime you need help or something done with the property. He takes very good care of his building and is just a quality human being. I can not recommend him enough to rent from.
The location is near Afonso Moreno Mora and Lorenzo Piedra in the La Gloria neighborhood of Cuenca. Close to Batan Shopping Mall. This a great location that is quieter than a lot of the city while still being close to everything you need. The unit is on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms (currently configured as two bedrooms and an office) and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is large. A queen bed fits comfortably with plenty of room for night stands, etc. I even had an office desk in there while I rented. Master bath is attached and has a tub.
Second bedroom also fits a queen bed comfortably. Second bath is right outside the door to the second room. Third room is small and I used it as an office.
There is a large sun room on the back of the unit with lots of daylight. Washer and dryer included. The kitchen is good size with a full size gas stove.
Gas, water, electric and internet is included in the price. Pet Friendly
