Beginner survival Spanish classes start soon!

Starting Spanish can be intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be.

Survival Spanish is our series of small-group courses for beginners who want to start putting Spanish together a little at a time—and gain the confidence to start using what they learn in daily life.

These aren’t traditional textbook Spanish classes. Rather than trying to cover everything at once, each course focuses on a manageable set of useful vocabulary, grammar and expressions that you can start putting to work in real-life situations in Ecuador. Through conversation, guided practice and activities, you’ll have plenty of chances to use what you’re learning, make mistakes, build confidence and keep going.

This September we are offering two different courses:

• Beginner Basics (for absolute beginners)
Start with the foundations of Spanish and begin communicating in everyday situations—from the alphabet and numbers to introducing yourself, asking questions, ordering, shopping, getting around and more.

• Everyday Essentials (for advanced beginners)
Already know some Spanish? Build on what you know with vocabulary, grammar and expressions for everyday life, including routines, your body and health, and other situations you encounter regularly

Course Details:
• Starts Sept. 8 and ends Oct. 2
• Beginner Basics: 10 – 11:30 AM
• Everyday Essentials: 11:30  AM – 1 PM
• Each course is $100 and includes all materials
• Taught by the one-and-only Alejandra Herrera!
