We are already preparing the most anticipated and beloved dish: the traditional Fanesca. It’s a typical traditional soup made with selected tender grains, unsalted cod, and other ingredients. The key is that it’s not salted, making it a favorite dish recognized worldwide. We use very old recipes, passed down from our mothers and grandmothers, which I inherited and always prepare with excellent quality and hygiene, and above all, with great care and from the heart to continue this tradition and preserve our best traditions of yesteryear. You can order Fanesca in advance for any day this week, for Good Friday, or for the weekend. It’s ideal for sharing with friends, family, or even if you’re alone.
