It’s Easter weekend for our next fair so we’ve planned a menu to help you celebrate. Pre-orders are due by next Tuesday, March 31.
• Italian Easter Pie: $6/slice ~ $45 whole (10″)A holiday pie filled with seasoned eggs, a blend of three cheeses (ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan), sautéed spinach, artichokes, pork sausage, and diced ham
• Cheesy Mashed Potato and Ham Bake: $4/square ~ $28 whole (8″ X 10″)
For those who prefer something a bit simpler, diced ham is baked between two layers of our creamy, cheesy mashed potatoes and finished with a buttery topping of corn flake cereal.
• Arugula Salad: $4.50/half-pound (1-2 servings; pre-order only)
A leafy base of arugula is dressed with a lemon vinaigrette, tossed with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and radishes then finished with a sprinkling of toasted pumpkin seeds
• Fresh Fruit Salad: $4/half-pound (1-2 servings; pre-order only)
Strawberries, blueberries, mango, fresh pineapple, papaya, grapes, and navel orange supremes tossed with a light citrus honey dressing
• Chocolate Cheesecake: $3/slice ~ $35 whole (10″)
A chocolate cookie crust filled with a decadent chocolate cheesecake finished with a luscious chocolate ganache
• Maple Pecan Biscotti: $2.50 each
Brown sugar, maple syrup, and crunchy pecans in this dippable cookie
• Pineapple Upside Down Cake: $3.25/slice ~ $25 full
Pineapple scented vanilla cake encrusted with pineapple rings and Maraschino cherries
• Assorted Easter Cookies: $1 each
Soft and chewy sugar cookies glazed with festive colors and finishes for the Easter holiday

Fresh strawberries and our special cream layered with homemade shortcakes and finished with marshmallow bunny ears

Two layers of our carrot cake studded with raisins and walnuts filled and iced with our sumptuous cream cheese
