Embark on a unique journey combining hiking, yoga, and sound healing in the breathtaking Andes of southern Ecuador. This experience invites you to connect deeply with nature, your body, and your breath while exploring sacred landscapes.
The adventure begins with gentle stretches and breathing exercises (pranayamas), preparing your body and mind for the hike ahead and helping you attune to the natural energy around you.
Next, we’ll embark on a guided walk to the Pachamama Plateau, a sacred hill where archaeological evidence reveals the presence of the Cañaris and Incas.
Here, we’ll practice mindful hiking—walking with awareness, absorbing the scenery and syncing your breath with each step.
At a special point along the trail, enjoy a Hatha Kriya Yoga session suitable for all levels, including postures, stretches, and conscious breathing. The practice concludes with a deep relaxation session accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and therapeutic tuning forks, creating a moment of tranquility and harmony amidst the mountains.
Runa Way Adventours and Satya Yoga have joined forces to craft this unforgettable blend of connection, adventure, and inner peace in the Andes. This is more than a hike—it’s an invitation to walk, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
