Come to Certified Organic Gran Roca’s premiere event at Hotel Los Balcones in Cuenca (Sangurima and Borrero) featuring a variety of certified organic products to eat-in or take-out. We will be serving our most popular sweet potato pancakes $2, an upgraded lunch/almuerzo $3, and a variety of dishes including our delicious veggie burgers, sweet potato casserole, our very popular corn pudding, and herbed bread stuffing. We will be bringing our fresh chicken eggs (6-packs) raised on our farm.
We will be bringing a limited number of our organically grown fruits and vegetables as the heavy rains have taken their toll on our growing yields.
We are fully stocked with a number of cuts of beef, chicken, turkey, lamb and pork from animals raised on our farm.
